Los Dos Carnales receive two nominations to the 2021 Latin Grammys

The Regional Mexican Duo is Nominated in the Best Norteño Album & Best Regional Song Categories and Will Perform Tonight at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles

Regional Mexican group Los Dos Carnales continue to demonstrate their extraordinary impact on the Latin music industry, today receiving two nominations to the 2021 Latin GRAMMY Awards in the Best Norteño Album category for their album “Al Estilo Rancherón,” as well as in the Best Regional Song category for their collaboration with Camilo, “Tuyo y Mío.”

Named as Pandora’s Latin Artist To Watch of 2021, Los Dos Carnales is the most outstanding Norteño group to arrive on the Regional Mexican scene in recent years, proving their incredible talent, refined storytelling skills, and superb ability to relate to listeners all over the world again and again with every new release they deliver. Since its release in July 2020, “Al Estilo Rancherón” has garnered more than 500 million streams to date, while the music video for “Tuyo y Mío” with Camilo achieved a remarkable 1 million YouTube views within just 8 hours of its release this past March.

Tonight, Los Dos Carnales will participate in a special event in collaboration with AfinArte Music, BMI, and Major League Baseball, making an appearance at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, where they will perform on the field in honor of Julio Urias Bobblehead Night ahead of the Dodgers’ game against the San Diego Padres. One of the Dodgers’ most promising pitchers with the most wins in all of MLB, the Mexican-born Urias is a known fan of the band and selected the title track from “Al Estilo Rancherón” to accompany him on the field during the 2020 World Series.

Last week, Los Dos Carnales, who were recognized by Billboard as a Latin Artist on the Rise in 2020, participated during the renowned Billboard Latin Music Week in Miami on the “Regional No More – Mexican Music Goes Global” panel, speaking alongside Carin Leon, Eslabon Armado, and Jimmy Humilde to discuss the rising popularity of the Regional Mexican genre, as well as its impact on today’s music industry and the explosive growth of its global audience.

Los Dos Carnales have built a fanbase of 10 million followers and counting across platforms and regularly collect more than100 million streams per month across all DSPs, while together their videos have surpassed 1 billion views to date on YouTube. They continue to celebrate the success of their “Cabrones y Vagos” tour in the US, Mexico and Colombia, which has achieved sold-outs for a variety of dates. Los Dos Carnales also recently won Premios Juventud awards in the Best Regional Mexican Song category for their colossal hit “El Envidioso” and in the New Regional Mexican Generation category, in addition to receiving multiple nominations this year to the Latin American Music Awards, Premio Lo Nuestro, Billboard Music Awards and Latin Billboard Awards.
